Available workshop
This workshop invites educators and teacher candidates to explore how micro-rituals, small, intentional practices, can foster resilience, connection, and belonging in diverse classrooms. Grounded in Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and informed by decolonial and relational pedagogy, participants will co-create rituals that honour multiple ways of knowing, support multilingual learners, and transform everyday teaching moments into acts of care and inclusion. These micro-rituals become tools for transformation where classrooms evolve into spaces of healing, creativity, and shared humanity.
